Waiting time:

  • At the airport the car will wait for the client 1 hour after the arrival time.
  • At the railway station the car will wait for the client 30 minutes after the arrival time.
  • At the hotel will wait for the client 1 hour after the time the car has been ordered for.
  • If the client does not appear within the time give above the order is considered to be fulfilled.
  • In case the cleint want to extend the waiting time extra payment will be applied - 25% of ordered vehicle price per hour.

Sheremetyevo -2:

  • In case a transfer has been booked from airport sheremetyevo-2, the client after having finished with Passport Control and Customs formalities should leave the Customs Zone and go to the Intourist Stand located in the Arrival Hall and report himself there.Location of Intoursist Stand in the Arrival Hall, at the 6th cash desk.

Domodedovo:

  • The client after finished with Passport Control and Customs formalities should leave the Customs Zone and go to the Intourist Stand located in the Arrival Hall and report himself there. The number of Intourist Stand in the arrival Hall is No. 77
