本公司代辦俄羅斯外交部商務邀請函及公司/機構的邊邀請函，以此可申請俄羅斯商務簽證，資料如下：
We can apply invitation letter issued by Russia MOFA or private company/organization for Business visa application:

申請人必須提交人客護照副本，(必須是護照素描件再電郵至本公司)，預計入境日期，
辦理簽證地(如北京、香港等)。

Above price are per person and group application are not available. It only apply for Business invitation letter issued by Moscow MOFA.. 以上價格為每位計，不設團體簽證，費用以取得俄羅斯外交部邀請函原件為准。

The above price not including couier charge for sending the invitation letter to Hong Kong. It takes around one week time from date of issue. The courier charge is HKD120.
上述『辦理需時』不包括黃卡快遞至本公司的時間。通常由外交部發出黃卡日起計，約一星期可到本公司，快遞費每次港幣120元。

公司/機構的邀請函以申請公務簽證
Invitation letter issued by private company/organization

Applicants must submit sample of invitation letter they preferred, tentative entry date, English name, occupation & company name. 申請人必須提交信件樣本、預計入境期限，人客英文姓名、職位及機/公司名稱等。

Price: HKD785 per group per letter 費用：每團每封港幣785元
Duration: 3 - 7 working day. 需時：3-7個工作天

Remarks: If success invitation letter will be in scanned format. Mailing fee are required if you need the original letter. 備註：有關函件會以掃描方式交給申請人，若需原件，郵遞費用另計

A business invitation letter issued by MOFA is a must for apply Russia business via. It is open for all nationalities to apply. 俄羅斯外交部的商務邀請函，是申請俄羅斯商務簽證必須文件，持有任何國籍的護照，均可以此函件申請商務簽證。
For visit friends, relative or employment, applicants need to apply a three month single entry visa. 如訪友、工作、探親等，均按『3月1次』申請。
Please submit original passport, one photo, date of arrival in Russia, occupation, residential address and which consulate the visa will be issued. 申請人需提供護照正本，相片一張，到俄日期，申請簽證地(如香港、北京) ，工作及居住地址等。
For success applicant, the MOFA in Russia will issue a Business Invitation Letter and with this original letter he/she can than apply the Russia Business visa in the consulate he/she requested.申請批准後，俄羅斯外交部將發出正式函件，申請人必須持邀請函正本，才可申請商務簽證。
For apply visa normally it takes 7 working days. For urgent visa, it takes within 3 working days and there will be a surcharge of HKD500 per person. 獲得邀請函後方可申請商務簽證，需時7個工作天，加急簽證可於3個工作天內辦妥，附加費每位港幣500元。
The price list in the above table are for Business Invitation Letter only. Application still need to pay for the visa fee. In most nationalities like PRC, Hong Kong, USA etc the visa fee is HKD600 for single entry. Please contact us for more information. 上述只屬申請俄羅斯商務邀請函的費用，俄羅斯商務簽證的費用須另外繳交，中國護照每位港幣600元，其他國籍護照請個別查詢。簽證費以單次入境計，雙程和多次入境簽證費用，請個別查詢。
若持有因公普通護照，護照號碼為『P』開始，可以申請公務簽證，也可申請旅遊簽證，兩者均可前往俄羅斯。
若持有公務護照，護照號碼為『S』開始，必須申請公務簽證，才可前往俄羅斯。

For PRC, applicant also need to submit original company leave letter and copy of company business registration. If applicant working in Government department company leave letter is acceptable. 中國護照持有人申請商務簽證，除俄羅斯外交部商務邀請函外，尚須提供公司放假信正本，及公司商業登記證副本。如於中國政府機構工作，則只需放假信即可。

國內的申請者，須持有廣東省發出的有效護照。非廣東省籍人仕，須有廣東省的暫住証，廣東省公司發出的擔保信正本，及該公司的營業執照副來。
